Referrals

In addition to Mohs surgery, our clinic offers comprehensive skin cancer management, including surgical excision, as well as excision of benign lesions, nail procedures, biopsies (including those in difficult or sensitive locations), earlobe repairs, and more.

 

Our clinic will begin accepting referrals from providers' offices on May 8, 2023 and will begin seeing patients in June 2023.

 

To refer patients to Dr. Robinson, please fax (318-516-2711) or email (scheduling@lamohs.com) the following to our clinic:

• Patient demographic sheet/face sheet

• Insurance information

• Relevant clinical note(s)

• If referring for treatment of skin cancer, please also send:

  • Pathology report (if biopsy has been performed)

  • Photo of site (if available)
